Yes. Custom-domain connection support is free. Use a domain you already own; domain registration and renewal fees are paid separately to your domain provider.
Can I run my own digital-product store?⌄
You can present eligible products through your branded storefront. Product availability and resale permissions must be checked for each item.
Can I manage my own customers?⌄
The reseller workspace includes customer management and assigned product access. Request a walkthrough to see the current workflow.
Can I set customer-facing prices?⌄
You can configure prices for eligible products where pricing permissions allow it. Confirm any restrictions before selling.
How do I get products and resale permission?⌄
Review the catalogue with WebHail and request the original rights holder, authorization source and licence restrictions for the products you want to sell. A listing alone is not proof of resale rights.
How does product delivery work?⌄
Delivery depends on the product’s configuration: file downloads, access links, licence-based access or manual fulfilment. Not every product is automatic; request a supervised test order.
How are payments and fees handled?⌄
The reseller storefront supports Razorpay configuration. Confirm the receiving merchant account, settlement timing, gateway fees and dispute responsibilities before accepting payments.
What happens to access if my plan ends?⌄
Individual product licences and hosted downloads can have separate conditions. Confirm continued customer access after expiry, suspension or closure in writing; do not assume permanent downloads.
Is WebHail Sites included?⌄
WebHail Sites is the separate website-building platform. Website services and digital marketing have their own scope, costs and terms.
Are earnings guaranteed?⌄
No. The calculator shows hypothetical gross sales, not profit or guaranteed income. Actual results depend on demand, pricing, sales, fees, refunds and business costs.
